They got my order out in time for my 20th wedding anniversary. The meats, cheeses and jellies were wonderful. Made the best charcuterie board ever! you guys ROCK!!!

I live in Alabama and discovered Goose the Market while visiting friends and family in Indy. Oh my tastebuds! This naturally led me to Smoking Goose Meatery. How fortunate that I can have all the yumminess delivered to me in Tuscaloosa! The corned beef is awesome, but it’s the Pig & Fig Terrine that owns me! I wish you had a location down here. This is food perfection to me and has my highest recommendation. I don’t make it to Indy much anymore. If you happen to live in Indianapolis, check them out.
Duck prosciutto is always on point.
My best friend and I visited for the first time Saturday. We had fun while waiting in line. They staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly. We will be back. Oh, btw, can’t wait to eat my jowl bacon & my Wicks sugar cream pie. Sally says the pig ear was delicious. Merry Christmas!!!

These guys offer some really unique items. Their Salumi is some of the finest I've tasted and their Capocollo is amazing! Every time I put together a charcuterie plate I go directly to Smoking Goose! Love these guys!!
Did the Meat School sausage/force meat class last night, led by Anthony. He did a superb job, and his enthusiasm and pride are infectious. I brought home several pounds of the 3 sausages made during the class. Enjoyed some delicious pork breakfast sausage with cured egg and cheddar this morning. Can't wait to try the BBQ beef sausage and the duck chorizo. Highly recommend this class!
Took the whole hog butchering class and it was 5 star from start to finish. Absolute class act on everything. Very knowledgeable staff who truly respect the animals they process. You will not find better butchering skills anywhere. Top notch quality meat products. Worth every penny. My new favorite place to purchase meat.
