Went to get my car waxed and they did a awful job left a lot of wax over the trim that they weren’t supposed to touch. I took it back to get redone and they did a little better but still didn’t get all of it off. It is also very expensive for the kind of work they do! I wouldn’t not recommend going here! I know for me I won’t be back!
I have been a customer of this place for two years. They are good until something happens to your Car in their facility then they will go on a complete denial mode. They scratched my cars driver side, as soon as I saw that, I brought it to their attention, the guy instantly started denying and said that it didn’t happen here, while you could see that it’s a fresh scratch and the paint has just come off, I explained him that. Not promise that they can have a detail service done in 3.5 hours and then not even start the work!
RecommendedI love this place! They turn my yucky dirty car into a carriage.
Don't recommend, yesterday was my first time there. Employees there don't take it serious. They didn't clean my windows, dash, console, still left a rag in my car. Then took my car, i don't even know where they took it, i had to look for it, all employees disappeared while it rained. My kids and i stood in the rain since i didn't know where my car was or where the door to the building was. Finally figured it out once the rain stopped. Came today at 4:40PM, paid for express detailing. As I was being directed down the track my vehicle was still in drive and I was shifting into neutral as the track device engaged my vehicle. The teenager doing the directing tells me to back up and then roll my window down at which point he berated me about I can’t go down the track in drive (I understand that). He continued to berate me in a very hostile manner. Utterly and entirely unprofessional!
Take responsibility when things happen to your customer's vehicles OR at least apologize!
