Today was my first time at this car wash. I noticed after I left that they didn't do a good job cleaning the windshield and back window of my SUV. They didn't put the mat in the driver side correctly. The mat was covering the gas pedal. I had to pull over at another shopping center to fix it. Not sure if I will ever come back.
Total waste of money and time! � I paid for an express interior detailing and my suv came Out looking like it wasn't even cleaned! They didn't even lift the rugs to vacuum, and for the detailing they Were supposed to shampoo the floor mats! I'm a mother of a toddler and I'm pregnant and and I had to go home and clean everything again. I'm so disappointed this used to be such a great place and they always did so good, but now I'm NEVER going back!
@TheSmartCarWash the washing machines aren't working today - total rip off if paying for anything but a standard wash!
I Brought my my MiniVan for full detail. It was not worth spending my money here, not happy with work at all.
This place used to be the best car wash around but over the last 6 months it has gone in the dumper. Poor service, understaffed, long waits of over 45 minutes, and your car comes out not looking much better than it went in. Both my wife and I had the monthly pay plan but it's time to find a new car wash. Really sad because this place used to Rock but not any more.
As a former car wash owner myself, and my family still owns 3 full services. I found it ridiculous that it took over 10 minutes to move one car length and all that was being done was the outside of cars on that line. We can run a 15 to 20 car pace an hour at our washes. All I can say is you all would never make it at our washes. I pulled off your line after sitting there 10min.
Muddy car? Don't come here, you'll pay 25 bucks to still have a muddy car. Also told my dash would get wiped down, NOPE. Never coming back, but thanks for the 30 minute wait.
