RecommendedHavent gotten a car wash in a while so decided to stop by for a mini detail (the express interior package). Was super impressed with the customer service shoutout to Mat for really taking care of me! Horrible "Wash". I paid for platinum which was 26 dollars with a full exterior and interior wash. they left my interior all dusty, all they did was take out my floormats and spray them with water and put them back in wet and they left my mats on my back seats and didnt put them back on. my trunk was dusty, they left sealant on my paint and didnt bother to wipe it off. my door seals are all dusty and theres also hand prints on my paint and they didnt bother to clean my seats. horrible experience, I will not come back here. le... read more
I simply had the outside of my car washed and they overcharged me $12 so now I have to deal with this headache. The cost was only suppose to be $12 and he charged my card $24.

They suck, they always steal my change, never properly train their employees, on top of that I tried to talk to the owner to express my concerns, she got upset at me and left me talking alone. Lastly, they never change foam arms that washes the cars as a result of that the machine scratches the paint.
I have been going to Leesburg Auto Wash for well over 10 years. I have to admit I have had some experiences but there isn’t one challenge I’ve had that they’ve never taken care of. Normally one of the guys that know me as I frequently visit with all 4 of my vehicles, will come over and make sure they take care of what need to be taken care of.
