After paying for the $26 interior/exterior wash...my car still looked like this. I waited 40 minutes. I do not recommend and will not be back.
If you take your car to The Smart Car Wash to wash your car or get it detailed, BEWARE! I took a new car to The Smart Car Wash also known as Car Wash Alpha LLC (legally) in Woodbridge to have an exterior detailing service done. I paid for the service and not only did they do a very poor job with the exterior detailing service (dirty car delivered), but they also caused damage to the car. Horrible "Wash". I paid for platinum which was 26 dollars with a full exterior and interior wash. they left my interior all dusty, all they did was take out my floormats and spray them with water and put them back in wet and they left my mats on my back seats and didnt put them back on. my trunk was dusty, they left sealant on my paint and didnt bother to wipe it off. my door seals are all dusty and theres also hand prints on my paint and they didnt bother to clean my seats. horrible experience, I will not come back here. le... read more
They suck, they always steal my change, never properly train their employees, on top of that I tried to talk to the owner to express my concerns, she got upset at me and left me talking alone. Lastly, they never change foam arms that washes the cars as a result of that the machine scratches the paint.

Don't recommend, yesterday was my first time there. Employees there don't take it serious. They didn't clean my windows, dash, console, still left a rag in my car. Then took my car, i don't even know where they took it, i had to look for it, all employees disappeared while it rained. My kids and i stood in the rain since i didn't know where my car was or where the door to the building was. Finally figured it out once the rain stopped. Paid $26 my car window had sap or something g on it when it came out that it did not have when it went in? My car is garages. It was also on the side as well. Dashboard was not wiped down or anything else. Won’t be going back there!!!!
Had a monthly interior/exterior $36.99 mo pass for almost 3 years. Some great employees here - a few men I watched numerous times gawking at female customers (or talking about them as they left when I would park my car to get interior done). I have an SUV and their rule is they won’t do the back end unless it’s empty.
