Great place! This is the only place that detailed my car just how I like it. The staff is super friendly and they always takes good care of my car! Love the unlimited plan. I never have to wait in line since there's a VIP lane just for members. This place is great!
Disappointed! I'm not sure that I will go back there again.

I love this place. The service is excellent. It is clean and professional. I posted good reviews on that hate rag, Yelp and they won't put them on the main page. Ignore the Yelp negative remarks. These guys work hard and do great work. My car has never looked better.
Someone from 'Smart Wash Carwash' on Minnieville in Woodbridge stole a NY lottery ticket out of my sister's van today...it was sitting in the door (she forgot it was in there) the guy told us that it probably got "vacuumed" up...so if you hear of a Virginia resident that won the lotto in NY...that was her ticket..
I had the monthly pass for over a year. I went there back in March to have my car washed and paid additional for a wax. The guy waxed my car and buffed it down and took off the first coat of paint. I went back several times to talk with the managers Ed and Junior. They have refused to take care of the repairs to my vehicle. I'm now working with my attorney to get this taken care of. Don't take your car rot this place. Customer service sucks!!!!
I bought a Groupon to get my SUV and my car detailed there. They forgot about my SUV and they broke the radio in my car. NO compensation for either screw up. I've heard other bad reports about them also.
