Bryan, this is not a true representation of your experience at our Carwash. The pictures you have and sent me visibly show a white paint transfer. We have nothing at our washes that are painted white that could have done what you say we did. We treat every car that comes in like our own, and would never leave damage on your car. RecommendedI went to Flagship today to have minivan cleaned! I mentioned I had discoloration from a “I met a guy in a shopping center who could fix my dent”. They were able to make it look almost new and my mini detail looks amazing, almost like my boys have never been in my minivan! I HIGHLY recommend the South Riding location, they are kind and helpful and do amazing work😄 I wish I had a before picture
RecommendedI was recently visiting the area after traveling over the holidays, my car was a complete disaster. I was so happy with the outcome. The staff and the manager were great to work with. I have had managers check in at a restaurant before, but never at a car wash. The entire team seemed happy to be able to work there, and with each other. Such a positive experience. I am in awe at how clean by car was. Meant to review previously however now I have the time. Be safe and when I visit again I will be sure to stop by.

RecommendedIm a regular at this location and have always had a great experience. From the manager to the staff, everyone has always treated me very well and gladly touch up anything thats ever missed which is not often even on their busiest days. Its hard to come across a car wash that exceeds your expectations, i have personally found mine and my car always looks great!!
