was there yesterday for the Wash#2 Premium Wash using a prepaid card but was not happy with the outcome- dirt was still there towards the lower side of the car and the wheels were still dirty...you state you do wheel enhancer but looks like that was not implemented...not good service for the premium price

Love taking my car here!! Can’t say enough good things about it!! Moms with kids DEFINITELY get one of unlimited packages.... SO worth it!!!
3 different cars I've brought here.. Jeep Liberty, Chrysler 300 and Chevy Silverado.. Always pay the $39 price for top package and hot wax.. TODAY was the first time I actually got to see hot wax on my vehicle. Simple vacuuming can't rid of all the dirt or pet hair. Always have to remind them to shine ALL 4 tires. I don't own a Cadillac or Mercedes or brand new vehicle.. I don't expect it to look like showroom quality.. However.. If you take your car to The Smart Car Wash to wash your car or get it detailed, BEWARE! I took a new car to The Smart Car Wash also known as Car Wash Alpha LLC (legally) in Woodbridge to have an exterior detailing service done. I paid for the service and not only did they do a very poor job with the exterior detailing service (dirty car delivered), but they also caused damage to the car. This was the best carwash experience I have ever had. I pulled up to the booth and Mat made me feel very welcomed. He explained to me all the different services. I chose the mini detail (express interior)I went through the wash and made a left for the interior. I waited in the lobby and twenty minutes later my car came out and looked brand new! My truck was recently side swiped on both sides but on two different occasions. I took it to Flagship, they did a mini detail and the scuffs are both gone!! My truck has never looked better!! The staff is amazing and they pay close attention to detail. I won’t go anywhere else!!
