I have a monthly "pass" to the Smart Car wash (and drive a Smart car, so always feel like it's "my" car wash). Always get good service, but wanted to let you know that the last time I was in received particularly good service from Troy, who went above and beyond the call when my car came out of the interior service area and he noticed that it wasn't done as well as it should have been. It was fine by my standards, but not by his and he took it upon himself to get it right. Thanks!
