first time there and everyone was super nice. would have liked to know exactly when to put car in neutral and foot off brake, but a great experience! they even vacummed my car seat and was so happy they did that! super preggo and was nice to not have to worry about trying to clean my car myself! will definitely go back
Absolute ripoff!! Charged us $100 and there was dirt all over the vehicle still. The front wasn’t even clean and the wheels were still dirty. After pointing out that it was still dirty they told us “you only got the express”. Then they tried telling us it was our fault. Complete crooks and completely rude. Save yourself the hassle and money and go anywhere else.
3 rd time I am giving this car wash a chance, my first day renewing the monthly plan for 3 rd, they forget to clean dashboard, back of car dirty... after 30 min, still here waiting because they had to wash the car again!
I went today after hearing great things and because my undercarriage was filthy after parking in muddy lots all weekend. After I got home I realized the wheel wells were still caked in mud and grass! And the interior didn’t look like it had been vacuumed either. Disappointing for $34!

Terrible job, again!!!!! I even asked the guy up front to make sure the work is good. He wrote "quality" on the ticket. Did not help one bit. They were not busy at all. Floor panels still had brown dirt on them, floor maps were not washed as they still had footprints on them, passenger side was not vacuumed very well (the seat was not moved back and vacuumed under), cut holder still had dust in them. RecommendedI’ve recently started using this place and I’m somewhat happy with the service. I only use the Express service but what more can you ask for for $5?
When I brought my car in to be cleaned inside and out, I was charged the "SUV" price. Um, I drive a Mazda5, not a CX-5 or CX-9. I asked again to make sure. Never in all my years of going to Main Street Car Wash or Dr. Wash or GumSpring Car Wash have I ever been told I have to pay the SUV price (my car is a 2010 model so I've been washing it for a lot of years. This place only cares about getting your car in and out so they can get money from the next sucker in line. My car came out with the entire back of it still dirty. I pointed it out to the guy who pulled it out, and he did a half-assed wipe down w a dry rag. Wheels were still filthy and the front was still covered with bugs.
