My first time since under Flagship ownership. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I paid 50.00 because I wanted to make sure the inside and wheels got cleaned well. Unfortunately, the wheels were not cleaned, there was still residue that did not come off in car wash, rubber floor mats were not done well. I had to ask them to go back and re-do and they were more than happy to take care of but noticed the wheels were still not done.
Awesome job. Monthly subscription is totally worth it!
They were disorganized lead cars that came in the car wash behind me, Ahead of me into the detailing bays. Took me an hour just to get from the car wash to be the first in line to enter the bay. I told the manager and all he said was oh well sorry.
