The bag looked damaged from photograph so customer was asked to leave the bag for us to assess. Customer also did not have a receipt or clear proof of purchase. Customer refused to leave the bag for assessment and threatened to go to Citizens advice and leave a bad review if not replaced straight away. If the bag had been assessed and deemed faulty it would have been replaced and this was explained to the customer. Very nice store with many good items. Great service and didn’t mind a good look around had a lovely chat with some friendly workers and customers. Brought a beautiful ring and they helped me to find the right size for me. They were a good price for great quality

We absolutely have to visit when in Saundersfoot such friendly staff and great products from Nomination and Qudo to name but two,sadly we have to travel from the west midlands to do it - see you soon

Wow So impressed I rang this superb little shop in our beloved Saundersfoot to enquire about a few items I'd meant to buy whilst on holiday a few weeks ago I explained I'd not had chance to pop in and wondered if they could help Unbelievably within literally the space of half an hour I had received photos to make sure these were the items that I wanted and even a price for the postage After payment I also received a photo of the postage receipt sent at 12.10 Really couldn't have asked for better service Well done to all invo... read more
