I found this lovely shop last year when I stayed in Haverfordwest. I’m on another visit to Haverfordwest and made of a point of going into The Silver Lily again. They have a really good range of Nomination charms and the service is so friendly. Always a pleasure to visit this stores but also very tempting!

The bag looked damaged from photograph so customer was asked to leave the bag for us to assess. Customer also did not have a receipt or clear proof of purchase. Customer refused to leave the bag for assessment and threatened to go to Citizens advice and leave a bad review if not replaced straight away. If the bag had been assessed and deemed faulty it would have been replaced and this was explained to the customer. I bought an amazing set of Cavendish French silver jewellery as a gift, from the Silver Lilly Haverfordwest last week. Khadine served me and was an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made the purchase feel very special indeed. I would highly recommend this store and in particular Khadine, if you’re looking for a special gift. A fabulous experience!!

We infrequently visit Haverford west, visiting friends, each time my wife, very particular lady, finds things she wants to buy. Happy wife, happy life, well done.
