Nice swimming pool but felt the pricing was unreasonable. My brother booked for 5 adults, 1 one year old and a newborn. We were charged an extra £20 for the newborn when we got there, totalling to £86 (the one year old hardly even went in the pool because she was cold) then when we left he got charged even more for using the hot tub which we didn’t realise we couldn’t use (it was only used for 5 minutes, if that). Such a shame because we are local and would use regularly but crazy prices.
We stayed in a beautiful Airbnb overlooking the Tamar Valley for a couple of days, and it was truly unforgettable. The setting is unique, located on the grounds of an old steam railway station, surrounded by stunning countryside. The hosts went above and beyond in thinking through every detail. From the obvious luxuries like the hot tub and outdoor shower with constant hot water, to the BBQ and patio area with both indoor and outdoor access, everything was designed for comfort and relaxation. The place is absolutely stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. First and foremost, the host is incredibly warm and caring, always ready to answer any questions and ensure we’re comfortable. They even go the extra mile if you’re celebrating a birthday, making it feel extra special.
