Beautiful collection of jewellery. Greay selection with lots of options, definitely worth a visit
Friendly staff and helpful manager. They were flexible on returns and exchanges when buying gift for partner. Had a small problem with price after 9 months which they fixed for free without any issues. Local feel to shop which is nice, and all round good service.
I visited shop on the hill on Saturday, I have shopped here for many many years but I was very disappointed with the girl who served me. I was in the store to purchase a few items but she could barely be bothered to help me. I was trying on rings and wanted to take my time but she was too busy doing another task and kept on doing that task while I was trying to select a ring. I felt rushed and wasn't given the time and felt that I was an inconvenience while she was too busy doing another task. A very disappointing experience... read more
