Lovely place nice and cozy xx
We have just stayed at Shingles. Home away from home. Everything you need. We stayed with my in laws and our two year old and had plenty of room and a whole back yard! Close to everything though I will say Sandown looks a bit tired. Previous comments have said the accommodation looks old and dated, I think are rather snobbish. To me the property has been priced accordingly and perhaps if you wanted all the mod cons a one bedroom hotel on the beach at the same price would be more suitable. This is a spacious cottage with its own lawned garden, one minute walk from the cliff top gardens so you can be looking out to sea in a minute from "home". Very peaceful - can't remember when I last had such good sleep. Cottage is very comfortable and clean and fresh. Has modern facilities - new cooker, large flat screen TV, internet connection, microwave etc. but only a spindryer should you need to do any laundry.
