Great little Hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. Service from the Staff is great and close to the Train station and very conveniently situated.

First of all, a perfect location in Richmond. Less than a 5 minute walk to cafes, Digme Fitness, Waitrose, etc. Easy walk to Richmond Station, the many parks and playgrounds nearby as well as the Green and nearby shops. Next, add an incredibly personable, professional, helpful staff - a shout out to Alessandro who helped this jet lagged American learn how to run her A/C, procured extra coffee pods and was always genial and welcoming when I returned at the end of the day. Very nice hotel, nice staff and great breakfast! Be careful with the room you pick; I chose a “comfort” room and according to the pictures it had a desk for working, a bath tub… when I arrived the room was tiny, barely any space around the bed and a tiny bathroom. I was disappointed. Make sure you check it properly. Very nice location, clean, and pretty.

Top notch hotel in Richmond. Very nice rooms. Great breakfast. Good coffee (that's key). The staff is friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.
