A super show by a world famous falconer. His knowledge and his care of his birds is obvious, a hands on experience. We ha d a Barn Owl (light as a feather!) to the much bigger and heavier hawks.
Wonderful experience ! Steve was so knowledgeable, kind and we had a fascinating experience where the time (and the birds) flew by!! Loved the archery, the falcons and hawk were incredible but the owls were my favorite. Appreciated a wonderful morning Steve! Would highly recommend
One of the best experiences we have ever done and we will definitely be back. Steven is very welcoming and his knowledge, experience and his passion for birds of prey is remarkable. And you could say infectious as we left loving birds more than thought possible. And to be able to see and witness the fastest bird in the world the Peregrine Falcon up close and in full flight is something you have to witness since filming and taking photos is pretty difficult haha
We contacted Steve, The Scottish countrymen, through email as we were coming from the US. He sent a questionnaire to determine our interest and customized a tour specifically for us. We spent an amazing day with Steve, driving us around, showing us things off the beaten path. We also did the bird of prey experience, as well as the Falconers workshop. He is a wealth of information, not only about birds, but of Scottish history as well. We highly recommend it. It was quite wonderful!!!
