Homeowners don't use....aftercare is shocking, no customer service & the guarantee isn't worth the paper its written on..... The company are the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service (they just don't reply to you) & their 21 year guarantee is not worth the paper its written on. We bought our house with drive already laid by this company (it was only a few years old). We reported a crack opening across the drive a year ago.
