They took the time to explain everything in detail, making me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The team are extremely friendly and guide you through the process in a way that helps you feel calm and reassured...and I love the result! Such a simple and affordable alternative to a transplant, as long as you like the shaved look! It's incredibly convincing, even I can't tell where my actual hair ends and the pigment begins.
