We stay here every October for my mum n dads anniversary, This year I was really disappointed with our room , the room felt damp, the radiator didn’t heat up all the way so the room was freezing. The bedding felt damp and our clothes were damp from hanging on the rail. There was a sliding door on the bathroom with about a 3-4 inch gap at the end where we could see each other sat on the toilet. Not very private at all. There was 1 mirror in the bathroom. Just come back from here Sandringham court 2 days ago and can honestly say me and my partner was well pleased with everything about this hotel the room was clean the bed was very comfortable and all the staff was very helpful and friendly the breakfast was very nice too thoroughly recommend this place and fairly priced to as well hope to be going back soon 😀

Having seen some of the unsavoury reviews I was dubious after my partner told me had booked. But honestly, id definitely return! The room we have H8 is really nice. Space to hang clothes, and rhe room is perfectly appointed for all your needs. Its clean and well kept. And the shower room equally the same. We paid for a drinks package, which is intact a bargain (so paid for a second) The staff are friendly, welcoming and informative.
