The Sandman did a fantastic job on our kitchen and dining room hardwood floors. Tim is very affordable and worth every penny. He is hard working and does a great job.

The Sandman did a fabulous job re-finishing my hardwood floors. I thought they were beyond repair in some areas from the dogs, but as promised they turned out beautiful. The job was started on time and finished early, Tim was in the driveway early every morning waiting for signs of life so he could get to work as soon as we'd let him. He works alone but works non stop. I have had many compliments on how beautiful they are. Very prompt professional service, even the dogs loved him. Thanks Tim!
The Sandman, aka, Tim, came all the way to Cumberland, Maryland to refinish my oak and pine hardwood floors. Tim did a wonderful job and had my entire home finished in one week. Tim takes pride in his work and he is always punctual and very considerate to my desires in how I wanted my floors to look. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and the quality of work he delivers. When no one in Cumberland Maryland would call me back, Tim came and did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him again and again!!!
Tim Glint (aka the sandman) did beautiful work in refinishing our 60+ year old red oak floors! We opted to go with natural clear poly (vs. stain then poly) over the freshly sanded surface and they look absolutely wonderful! Tim was always punctual/early, followed through on all his commitments, and did the work at a reasonable cost. He even returned on very short notice after we dropped a heater cover and nicked his pristine floor (ugh... thanks Tim!) Great work - we highly recommend The Sandman!
I had water damage and some pet stains on the hard wood floors throughout the 1st level....but The Sand Man made them shine again like new!
