We are very happy with the quality of work we received from Tim. He arrived to our house when he said he would (if not a little earlier) and he finished the job within three days. We found him very knowledgeable and willing to share his opinion based off his years of experience.

The Sandman (Tim) was great. He just finished my floors and we're thrilled with the job. I found him on-line and the reviews were good, and most stated he showed up when he said he would. I agree! Excellent, excellent work!!! Several people recommended Sandman and we agree, he is wonderful!!! Sandman has high quality standards, is honest and explains everything perfectly. A friend is a contractor and confirmed that Sandman prepared the area etc exactly according to standards. We ran into some issues in the house beyond Sandman's control. Over two years ago we moved back after 8 years to our home in PA. The rental management company had allowed renters to essentially destroy the house. While we were still in SC, the Sandman worked with us and the realty company to completely redo all the floors in our 1887 house. After 2 years the floors are still beautiful. Great professional. Great Craftsman!

The Sandman recently refinished the hardwood on the first floor of a client's home (I am a contractor). He did a very nice job with the floors and the end results were beautiful. Both myself and the clients are very pleased with the work!

The "Sandman" walked out on my job taking my money without completing the work. Tim was unbearable to work with and acted like a total primadonna. His business practices are questionable since he only accepts cash. He refused to work on my floors at the same time my plumber was working in a totally separate room. In fact, he left my job to go work on another. He refused to make a repair to a joist to provide support to the floor boards he was repairing - I had to hire my PLUMBER to make the joist repair. I contacted Tim Glunt ( Owner Of The Sandman Hardwood Floors) about refinishing all the nasty wood floors in my house. Tim came out gave me a very reasonable estimate with a firm start date and completion timeline as well. Tim started on the day he said he would and finished on the day he said he would , he also cleans up after himself which is not always the case when dealing with contractors.
