When I was looking to get the entire hardwood floor at my 60+ year old house refinished, I was referred to The Sandman by a number of people. Also after checking online, he seemed to have many good reviews, so I gave the Sandman a call. He met with me the next day on a Saturday morning, and we did a walkthrough. Excellent, excellent work!!! Previously he did our entire downstairs. This time, we called him back to sand our upstairs bedrooms. The Sandman has very high quality standards, is very honest and explains everything perfectly. He was extremely patient with us as we addressed our issues, completing the project according to the initial contract. Nice work, fair price, timely process. The Sandman sanded and stained the oak hardwood flooring in our small foyer, hall and powder room in just a few hours each day over a three day period.

We wanted the floors refinished in one of our rental properties. Tim is truly an expert in his field. He knows exactly what needs to be done and how long it will take, and sticks to his schedule. He outlines everything in writing so we knew what to expect. We are very happy with the floors. They have added character and appeal to the apartment.

The Sandman did a great job restoring our hardwood floors. The pictures in my review show a before and after of a previous bathroom from many years ago. The bathroom was relocated in the house and the floor was covered by carpet for 40 plus years. He was able to replace some of the boards and remove the glue or paint from the rest of the boards. That area blends into the rest of the floor perfectly! Awesome job!

Called this guy due to the reviews he had. He drove from Hagerstown MD to Cumberland MD every day to do the job. His estimate matched others in the area. Tim told me when it would be completed and stuck to the schedule. Very knowledgeable about flooring and does a good job! I would recommend him to others.
