very good service, was on time and did a great job of sanding my salvaged pine floors in my 1803 house.

My floors turned out fabulous. He likes to come early, and work at his own pace - which was quite speedy!! M-Tu-W-Th -- my floors were done, 3 sandings, and 3 coats of poly. (Can't walk on them til Sunday). He is always early for a meeting, always prepared for the meeting, and very detailed. He did some extra things for us that you don't realize until you are in the midst of it. I am restoring an early 1900 house. The floors were badly damaged but had to be saved because of their unique border detail and historic significance. Tim did an outstanding job. What I appreciated the most about Tim is that he communicated. I knew exactly when he would arrive, what he was going to do, and if there was a change he called me in-advance.
The Sandman recently completed our wood floors and they look amazing. It's nice to see there are still some good craftsmen out there. I would highly recommend.

He answers his phone when called or gets back to you promptly, but does like to be left alone to do his work. Found Tim via the internet and based on his reviews gave him a try. So glad I did! This was a foreclosure we purchased and the floors were a mess. He went the extra mile to provide us an amazing end result. He did more work than we discussed do to the poor floor condition. I will definitely use "The Sandman" in the future.
