Always a delight
Really enjoyed my first visit The Sanctuary Botley, I had a wonderful mini facial with Phoebe. Lovely warm welcome when I entered and then a professional discussion followed by a relaxing treatment. Great engagement from the beginning and will definitely be returning to try the other treatments.
I had Vicky doing my Signature Facial Peel today. What a lovely lady! Hope to have her again on my next appointment.
I was a little nervous as I’ve never been anywhere like this and the treatment I was about to have was likely to be quite painful. However, the staff were all lovely, offering me a drink whilst I was waiting to go in and then Marie made me feel at ease throughout. She was clearly very experienced and whilst the treatment was a little painful, it was not as bad as I was expecting and much quicker too. Would definitely recommend
