Incredibly untidy shop, the worst in the whole street full of well maintained charity shops, staff can't be bothered to say anything either
The worst experience I've had in a store. The manager screamed at me when I entered . She screamed, " you who have just walked in we close in five minutes". I asked if it was necessary to scream at me and she said I wouldn't have heard her if she didn't. The store had at least 10 people in at the time. I was there to donate books but didn't bother in the end. Absolutely disgusting attitude .
Staff were fantastic. Even when a settee was paid for and realized it wouldn't fit after. We were fully refunded. Had a lovely table and tv unit, staff couldn't of been kinder.
Took dvd books cloths and a new Xmas tree didn't want dvd and tree was told to get out of shop and take round the back very surly won't bother again
Past 3 times now buying kids toys from donation centre and bringing them home to not work, this time toy when opened up was wet inside and batteries bled everywhere staff should atleast test these things before donating, more so the people donating these toys basically buying someone else scrap 🤦I’d highly not recommend buying the electronics from here unless you brought a screwdriver and batteries to test prior.
