Brook was amazing! Understood perfectly what I wanted and executed it exactly. I’ve just moved into the area and going to a new salon can be quite risky, but this turned out just right. Very happy.
I’m not originally from Birmingham, I came from Newcastle and wanted my hair cut and styled desperately before my partners grandads funeral, I wanted to feel like myself again and I must say BROOK did a exceptional good job, good manners and lovely bubbly personality, I’m really happy with my haircut and the way it was styled. So thank you brook for making me feel like a human again, will deffo be coming back if I’m ever down there again.

Had the ultimate wash and blow dry from Brook. The way he massaged my hair and scalp was the best head massage I have experienced in a very long time.
sally, how dare you cut my hair so outrageously short i asked for a trim and you gave my a bob. Absolutely unacceptable i am devastated with the cut i've received do not expect to see me again.
