On line communication stopped Wen I said I wanted to book an appointment tried several times to call back left VM and on line message no response. It's in an ideal location near the castle just a very dissapointing lack of service . I will look how somewhere else now .

I only put one star as I needed to.. booked a cut and colour. Morning of the appointment I rang numerous times to double check I had the right time before making a 55 mile round trip. As I arrived into Ruthin I rang again.. this time I obviously woke the hairdresser up, obviously wasn’t expecting it to be a customer, I asked to double check the time and he said.. oh I was going to ring you to reschedule!.. Amazing service from Siobhan as always . Was sad to hear that it was Siobhans last day today, given the time and dedication she has given to the salon I'd have thought there would have been a big fuss made of her. Really disappointed to see that nothing was mentioned and it was like a usual Saturday . Good luck for the future Siobhan you will be amazing ....
