First time at this lovely salon and Kleo was wonderful. She was warm and friendly in her manner, and confident in colouring and cutting my hair. A lovely first experience. I shall be back!!
It was my first time using this salon. I booked in with a newly qualified stylist . Sadly I left unhappy with my haircut and colour. I didn't say anything at the time as I find that difficult. When talking with the manager , sadly she was rude. I've also found they have blocked me from Facebook oddly. I will never go back again the unprofessionalism from the manager was shocking . After 20 years at a previous salon, my fears of trying a different one were completely unnecessary. Love it!! Thank you Nicola!!!
It was clean and good service. Friendly and polite people who were handling and they gave me good and honest advice on my hair colour. Would recommend this place. It’s not overly priced.
