We recently engaged with Ryan for the sale of our bungalow. Ryan quickly and effectively searched comparable listings and helped us settle on a listing price that was somewhat aggressive. He brought in a tremendous staging team that provided an incredible makeover to show our home. All this work and research really paid off. We sold our home at 100% of asking within 36hrs.
