Sarah and her team did my daughter and her friends proud. Punctual, professional and the food was exceptional. She was very accommodating and worked around our event to our specifications. I personally would highly recommend Sarah and her team from Rutland Gourmet.
Sarah and the team did the most wonderful job of catering for our wedding. I had endless compliments on the food on the day, communication in the run up to the wedding was brilliant and Sarah and her a team were so friendly and helpful- they would all go out of their way to help. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again for events in the future.
We would not recommend using Rutland Gourmet due to Sarah being very unreasonable throughout the pandemic with a wedding we booked with her. Sarah wanted to increase prices & pay fresh deposits to secure new wedding dates due to the pandemic causing our wedding to be postponed. We ended up having to take her to court as she refused to pay us our deposit back of £1200 after saying she said she would. The first time I am ever leaving a bad review and I have given Sarah over a year to rectify this. We booked for a hen party that had to be cancelled due to a national Covid Lockdown becoming more and more likely (which then in-fact happened) - we gave over 6 months notice and asked for a refund of our deposit - this was ignored and then refused even though the circumstances were out of our control (and every other supplier refunded in full). The Rutland Gourmet was just brilliant. Sarah and her team were extremely professional and made the process so painless and stress-free which was highly appreciated. They even stepped in 2wks before our wedding party when one of our suppliers pulled out and provided us with an evening BBQ. I don't know what we'd have done without them.
