I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Rubens at the Palace. I made a reservation through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel expecting to check in without issues. However, upon arrival, the staff could not find my reservation at first, and when they finally did, I was told there were no rooms available. This was shocking, considering my booking was confirmed. The Rubens is a unique and fantastic hotel. The service is 10/10, staff are amazing and super friendly. Great location, great breakfast, great rooms. Cannot fault it
