We were recommended this by a colleague, and we went straight from work. Lovely surprise.
Had lunch in this immaculate pub. The food far exceeded expectations, not your usual pub food, this was beautifully cooked and presented. So with delicious food, lovely surroundings and friendly staff who gave good service it's a winner!
One of my favourite places to stay nice and relaxed atmosphere the food is fantastic and the staff are great.
We just needed somewhere to stop for coffee between Yorkshire and Somerset. I phoned a week in advance and staff were very helpful. On arrival, staff were helpful. Service was excellent. Coffee was good. My elderly mother said that the disabled toilet was probably the cleanest and best she had ever seen. Over all excellent - I hope to have the opportunity to visit again some day.
