Terrible we came hear to stay after having a good evening with my mother in wheelchair we came back to Royal Hotel at approx 2am,we got to hotel and we rang door bell to get in and we waited 30mins no one answered the phone we noticed night staff smoking outside who I shouted we need to get in Terrible service when approaching staff I was told he was in kitchen which was completely lying very disappointed I want be staying hear again my mom was outside in wheelchair and needed to get to her room we was left outside for 30 mi... read more
Staff are friendly well looked after breakfast was amazing and it’s all you can eat room was clean and tidy
Had a great stay last year, and I go for Sunday lunch on during caravan season
