incredible experience. Me and my best friend had afternoon tea, spa access and the Hero treatment. My treatment was done by Sylvia, she was amazing and so welcoming. This was a gift for christmas. 10/10 experience all round!
We were given a basement room which can’t see from outside as the room facing the dirty old yard.
Start to finish 5 star experience. My husband and I stayed at the Royal Crescent to celebrate our anniversary and completing the Cotswold Way. We couldn't have asked for a better and more luxe stay. The service was impeccable, the room was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and did not want to leave!
