We stayed at Roseate for 3 nights in 9/2025. While the hotel is cozy and looks nice, there are several points that make it fall short of a 5-star rating. I understand the building is old, and I am fine with that. However, noticing spots on the pillow, a dead fly in the bathroom, and mugs and bathroom matt that weren’t properly cleaned did not feel acceptable for a hotel of this standard. In addition, I believe a 5-star hotel should offer better amenities—such as a coffee maker or espresso machine—instead of just a basic boil... read more
Hôtel agréable proche du centre de bath face à un super parc et on peu tout faire à pied. Nous avons passé la nuit du mardi 12 août en couple avec notre petit spitz nain et nous avons eu une chambre super, un accueil chaleureux et incroyable. Gros plus pour le staff qui est très gentils. Nôtre séjour a été super et de qualité. Nous garderons un super souvenir. Encore merci

Me and my partner spent two nights here in Bath and I wanted to stay somewhere that was authentic to Baths Georgian architecture, we was not disappointed. A very beautiful hotel in a perfect location only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and everything anyone seemed to ask for they had without hesitation. I took my friend here for afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday and the whole experience was an absolute delight! The building and dining room are beautiful and all the staff were so thoughtful and attentive. The afternoon tea itself was really lovely and the food was delicious. My friend was really impressed with her vegan afternoon tea as well. A really nice touch was the unexpected complimentary glasses of prosecco as a birthday treat! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
