Amazing old pub, fantastic atmosphere and staff
Fantastic. Service was second to none and food excellent. Local pub to me haven't been for a while but it's great. Olde worlde Sussex country pub with bags of charm and atmosphere, such nice people. Definitely put this on your list for a visit.
Popped in for lunch, nice food in a lovely building.
A perfect location to explore the East Sussex countryside. Great staff! Great atmosphere! We enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it to everyone who wants to feel an authentic English pub experience.
Wasn’t sure if it was the fish that was served or the dessert that I was told was gluten free but I felt nauseous afterwards and was sick the next day.
