We had such a lovely time and the Roost glamping! Literally from arrival we were thrilled with how beautiful the setting was, beautifully private whilst not being in the middle of no where. There are so many facilities at the Roost! Dish washer -AMAZING, king sized bed, cosy stove, swinging love seat on the porch, SAUNA, Japanese bath, BBQ and fire pit plenty of outside seating. Such a peaceful retreat for our 40th anniversary! We greatly enjoyed many of the areas delights. And luxury indeed with the soak tub and simple pleasures of toasting marshmallows on the fire pit.
Our first visit and our first mini-holiday with our rescue dog and it was glorious. The cabin is well set out, the facilities great and the enclosed garden offered confidence in letting our dog come and go as she pleased. Very tranquil spot and perfect for winding down.
We had a wonderful relaxing stay, which was a surprise for Matt's birthday! The Nook is such a special place - so much thought has gone into everything, from the positioning of the cabins to maximise peace & tranquility to the little extras included, such as the marshmallows for the fire. There was also oat milk and decaf tea, which are little extras which are not often thought of and it was very welcome. We really enjoyed using the sauna and Japanese soak tub too. Thank you so much and we plan to return! xx
This was our second visit to The Roost - this time to celebrate our wedding last week and enjoy a mini-moon. Everything was amazing, it's so peaceful and the sauna was a great new addition. Thank you for the Brownies - absolutely delicious. We hope to return!
