We stayed in the Rooks Nook for our minimoon in October. WE LOVED OUR STAY! I would highly reccommended this place to anyone. The hosts Heather and Dale are the friendliest, most welcoming people. We brought our dog Riley along, he was very happy and comfortable the whole time. The local towns and citys are very dog friendly. The hot tub with the cinema projection was amazing and there is hundreds of films and series to choose from. We will definitely be going back in the future! THANK YOU! Love Kira, Hayden and Riley 🥰
Fell in love with The Rookery Woods from the moment we started. We were met at the gate by both Dale and Heather who also had an umbrella for us as it was raining. The whole place is stunning and such a relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the cabin called “The View” and what a view it was. We are already planning to stay in the other two cabin available.
We had an amazing stay in the Rook’s Tower for two nights. Our highlights were the cinema in front of the hot tub, pizza oven, and stunning forest views! Heather and Dale are superb as hosts! They ensured a smooth arrival process (including a run down of how to use everything - pizza oven, log burner, etc) and send you a handy guide with all the information you could need.
