Hands down best service around. We had our wedding here and it was a fairy tale. We never wanted for anything, a truly amazing experience.
In the middle of the night our a/c went out and our room got up to 78 degrees. I will say I didn’t call down because it was 1 am when I woke up in a sweat and didn’t want to wake my daughter. When I told the front desk they comped valet for one night. I just felt like there was more they could have done for such a “nice” hotel.
RecommendedRecently stayed here for a birthday surprise. Absolutely amazing hotel, service right from the lovely receptionist Kristy was impeccable when we checked in. Room was outstanding and the upgrade was phenomenal. We dined at Elways and the food and service was excellent. Thank you for my birthday card and cake, you made my birthday one I will never forget. I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world , the Ritz now being my favorite!!!

I stayed at the hotel over my Birthday and the staff was amazing. They catered to my every need and even went out of their way to all sign a happy birthday card. The concieres and entire staff are Top Shelf. ....... Thank you for being excellent.
