Stayed at the Denver RitZ-Carlton and it was an amazing experience. We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz and would recommend anyone who wants to be treated like royalty to stay there. Amazing people and excellent service �
Terrible experience, came in at 2 am Dec 29/17 and a older guy with glasses at the front desk treated me and my family with a really rude attitude. We reserved only 3 rooms for 10 people and thought we should get another one to be more comfortable, my dad told the front desk to get me and my wife a room and they all when upstairs to their rooms.
