I am not as impressed as I should be. Three to four things that were not done even after it was requested. I expected better and was disappointed.
My girlfriend and I wanted a special holiday date so I booked a massage at the Ritz followed by dinner at a near by restaurant. The massages were fine. My girlfriend had difficulty with the robe providing adequate cover. The men’s area was a disaster. Discarded robes towels and slippers everywhere, no clean towels anywhere. I even looked in the cabinets, so I dressed and went to the counter where we waited about ten minutes for an attendant. Not impressed. Pretentious and arrogant attitude.
We stayed here for the Park West event and the whole weekend was amazing. The staff from the front desk at check in and checkout, the spa staff and massage therapist, to the bar tenders and house keeping were all fantastic! Can not wait to return!
Went to Elways for my wife's birthday lunch, with her mother. The ambiance and building were great. The service was also great, as we all expected it would be. The food... well it was ok. I've been to quite a few top steak houses and never received a $50+ steak that looked burned. Now the inside was cooked perfectly, but the charred outside was a huge turn off. They brought out a nice birthday desert, which was nice.
Wonderful stay here! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The rooms were so nice, that it was hard to leave the room! After touring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, my granddaughter said the best thing about the trip was staying at the Ritz Carlton!
