Been to much much nicer and classier hotels that weren’t even as expensive. Not impressed.
Went to Denver last weekend March 16-18. Wow just wow and not in a good way. This was a girls trip to celebrate one of my friends before she started chemo for stage 3 breast cancer. I was so excited when I booked. Never stayed at the Ritz before and just by their reputation alone everyone was excited. Upon checkin there was nothing but one issue after another. Less than Impressed!! Appetizers were great, ceaser has no dressing and no parm(bar server did not quality check the salad course), my ribeye was very over cooked and it seemed as if they didn’t think I knew what charred MR is. It has been over 15 minutes since I sent my steak back and I have not received my new one.
Amazing service and awesome room. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at several RC’s, and the staff here was the best! Thanks to Austin, Patricia, and everyone that made our stay amazing.

This was an outstanding experience, everyone very professional and ready to assist in any way, the food at Elways was tops.
