Ice cream sandwiches are the best!
Horrible! Very unclean. I loved certain people, but the hotel missed the mark— and that happens. The spa masseur by the name of Wes and the receptionist by the name of Garrett were both harmful in a very disrespectfully dishonest, yet demeaning way. I just wanted a great massage and a good atmosphere on my last few days alive. I couldn’t even get that with terminal illness.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ritz Carlton. we had a club level room and they saw to our every wish!
Service was beyond 5 stars. They went above and beyond for us. If you are doing business during your stay I highly recommend staying on the 12th floor. Meeting rooms provided for a cozy and relaxed environment and they go above and beyond for all of your needs. Food is provided complimentary on this floor in the meeting lounge and the best breakfast and dinner I have ever had with an open bar as well. The concierge was amazing. I am here for a work conference and asked for a mother's room. I have never been anywhere so kind and accommodating. There are 6 of us new mamas here in the same boat. I can't praise you enough! They didn't have a dedicated room but jumped to help us. My life is dictated by pumping and having a clean, comfy, private area provided makes me grateful beyond words. They went above and beyond what they had to do. Being away from little bug all day is hard enough as it is...so thank you!
