definately not worthy of their 5 diamonds Took a week to get back to us in regards to the awful experience. Then questioned us. They asked if we lived in denver, clearly we don't we were on vacation. So basically they asked if they could do anything for us... honestly Ritz Carlton.. what can you do if I live in orlando? I guess nothing since you guys only own one hotel only in Denver. What a waste of time. Offered to give a partial refund. They can keep the money I refused.. multi billion dollar buisness built on prestigious... read more

Very nice, lived up to its reputation as a luxury hotel. Staff were very friendly.
My first time there. My daughter Anna works at Elway's.I met a lot of her co-workers(very nice people). The food was excellent!!! Thank You Brittany for the excellent service and the little extra's,lol!! Also I would like to Thank Ryan, the Manager, for all he did! I will be back!!
went to brown palace last year. never again. the ritz was incredible. the best staff, amazingly curteous, great late night food! became a member as well. highly recommend to anyone
