The event staff at the Rotz-Carlton Denver was extremely friendly, helpful & professional during a wedding this weekend. They ensured we had everything we needed and continued to be helpful & wonderful. The hotel is so modern & sophisticated. Looking forward to working there again!
Absolutely beautiful my son's wedding was just amazing. I loved our room housekeeping was amazing !! The minute we pulled in they took very good care of us. Front desk was amazing also,bell boy and the hole staff the dining room. Thank you all for a great weekend.
We really enjoyed it. It’s really very nice, good service, huge rooms, very friendly staff.
We had the worst experience and racist discriminatory treatment by a staff member in the club lounge. When we discussed it with the front desk manager, she was even more disrespectful and instead of offering an apology, she defended the bad treatment. This hotel will not treat you well if you are a person of color. They will also sneak charges on you that were never mentioned in the reservation email or at check in.
We were at the Mother’s Day Brunch and it was lovely. They had a photographer taking family photos, face paining for the children, other activities for the children, food bar for children to pick their own food, delicious food buffet, yummy desserts, wonderful service staff, and just a great day.
