Rooms were fine, service was very good, but amenities were lacking from what I am accustomed to at a Ritz. For example, no pool, no sauna, members lounge I guess is $125 per day per person, even for titanium Marriott members. For the room rate, I would look at other options first.
Everything was perfect, including the hotel. We had dinner at Elway's, and the food and service were excellent. If you want to spend a nice evening with your family or spouse, you can't go wrong dining here. The ahi tuna tartare was outstanding absolutely delicious. From our initial arrival at the hotel it was a fabulous experience , greeted by Michelle at the door with excellent attitude, front desk Millie and Nieve were quick and efficient, restaurant staff were outstanding, at the door Charles, pleasant , accommodating, we engaged in wonderful conversations, the servers Andy, Jesus and Valentina were great, Amalia in housekeeping was very also excellent. It shows all are a well trained staff, which made our stay that much better and memorable.
Definitely 5 stars. If I could give 100 I would. We stayed at this Ritz Carlton and it was amazing. Vouchers are very helpful in a big city like Denver Co. Concierge is very helpful, front desk is friendly, and the fruit water in the lobby is to die for. The strawberry, blueberry, and orange one is my favorite. I like the chandeliers in the elevator.
