The sangria was ok, but the appetizers we got were expensive and not very good. I wouldn't go again.
I love the restaurant! I took my 9 year old after watching the Cubs parade yesterday. The food, service and view are all wonderful. We are suburban tourists, and I try to go to the Ritz restaurant just for some peace after chaos. It just adds to our experience. And I love providing that experience to my son and other Chicago visitors. This started a tradition for us since 1985 when my cousin took me there and we saw Bob Hope in the elevator :)
Stunning! Food, service, everything was wonderful!
Service was great. The bathroom amenities were above average, with a magnifying mirror, large bath rug and bathrobe that I appreciated. Enjoyed our In-Room dining experience. They brought our entire order on a table. The view is awesome especially at night! It would have been 5 stars except for some billing mistakes that was corrected but still time consuming to rectify. Overall, I would stay there again!
