Top end service that is worthy of the Ritz reputation. I was pleasantly surprise to see a Nespresso machine in the room.

Undergoing renovations so main lobby area is completely different but nice always served with a welcoming smile and champagne. The rooms are clean and the bed/pillows are very comfortable (I have a bad back). The one thing that they don't have is their coffee/tea setup in the lobby in the morning anymore. It was great on the run but they do have a maker in the room (minimal cream/sugar). Always a pleasure staying here. All staff is very pleasant.
I was comment in a post about the nike new hijab for woman and i found a comment of your bartender called Loretto Jessico (profile on facebook) he made a racist comment, disgusting. After that he start to insult me on chat, telling me terrible things. You should to be very careful about the people who have working. This guy is seriously sick, misogyn and bad person.
