Despite renovation work being completed, the property was gorgeous and the staff top drawer. Really enjoyed the room and the facilities..

Beautiful dining room with wonderful food - the perfect place to celebrate with great views of the city. Very friendly and accommodating staff make this destination a place I would gladly return to.
I was initially disappointed with the small room that needed to accommodate 5 people. After speaking with the management, I was totally taken care of! Applause to Ritz-Carlton Chicago!!
