These people went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. Josephine and Nick at the front desk were insanely helpful
Beautiful views of the city from the 21st floor. The hotel indoor bar was fun and had a nice group of people on a Friday night ...the outdoor bar was lighted in a really cool way, bright blues and reds...The next day we wanted to try the pool but the pool is indoor and stuffy. Smells like really strong chlorine. Luckily the hotel is located right off Michigan Ave so we can go walk around and find some fun. The room was perfect. My daughter's wedding ceremony was the first at the Ritz-Carlton since they did the renovations and it was everything and more! Heather was our go-to girl and she made everything happen! Thank you all the staff at the Ritz Carlton Chicago �
We went to the roof top to enjoy a nice August evening, the remodeling was done nicely and apparently had opened back up a few weeks ago. Unfortunately we ordered the shrimp cocktail and they did a poor job of de-veining the shrimp and there was a Grayish appearance on the shrimp. We spoke to Leo Enriquez (a manager) and he replaced the shrimp cocktail, and he explained that the grey appearance was Normal and apologized for the lack of de-veining (new girl in the morning missed it).
